Ambassador Nakashima meets Minister of Water and Environment

On November 19, Ambassador Nakashima held a virtual meeting with the Minister of Water and Environment, Eng. Tawfeeq Al-Shargabi.

The meeting discussed the ongoing consultations for the CITES Convention on endangered species ahead of the 20th Conference of the Parties in Samarkand.

They also reviewed Japan's continued support for water, sanitation and capacity-building projects in Yemen.
