Ambassador Nakashima meets Minister of Local Administration

On November 18, Ambassador Nakashima held a virtual meeting with Minister of Local Administration Hussein Al-Aghbari.

The two sides discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation in areas such as local governance and the financial and administrative decentralization of local authorities, as well as Japan’s support in Yemen.

The meeting also highlighted the training and capacity-building programs implemented by JICA.
