Courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Shaya Mohsen Al-Zindani, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, by Ambassador Nakashima

On January 21, Ambassador Nakashima made a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Shaya Mohsen Al-Zindani, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Expatriates and submitted a copy of the letter of credence.

At the meeting, Ambassador Nakashima explained Japan’s assistance to Yemen and stated that he would like to contribute to further strengthening the bilateral relations between Japan and Yemen. Minister Zindani welcomed Ambassador Nakashima to assume his duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, appreciated assistance from Japan in various fields, and stated that he would like to closely cooperate to develop the bilateral ties.

They also discussed regional affairs related to Yemen.
