  1. The Embassy of Japan in Sana’a announces that it is going to resume receiving VISA application’s starting from 21 August 2014, after the Embassy suspended it temporarily since 1 Jun 2014.

Embassy of Japan temporarily stopped VISA procedures

  1. The Embassy of Japan temporarily stopped receiving visa applications until further notice. Visa applications are to be processed at Japanese diplomatic missions in the countries / cities mentioned bellow:

UK,  France, Istanbul, UAE, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Jeddah, Oman, Jordan, Egypt,  Qatar.

Embassy of Japan resumes visa services


1. The Embassy of Japan announces that it resumes visa services as from 19 May 2012, as a step to facilitate visits to Japan of Yemeni nationals with a view to boosting bilateral relations between Japan and the Republic of Yemen. Other consular services are also resumed.

The opening hour of the consular section is as the following:

    7:45 am 3:30 pm

(except Friday, Saturday and other national holidays.)
